Lonoke Student Ministry (7th-12th grade)

At Lonoke Student Ministry, our heart beats for the next generation. We are committed to creating a Christ-centered environment where students can encounter the gospel, grow in their faith, and live it out boldly. Through biblical teaching, authentic community, and intentional discipleship, we aim to help students not only hear the good news of Jesus—but respond to it with their whole lives. Whether it's on a Wednesday night, at church camp, or on a mission trip, everything we do is centered on helping students know Jesus and make Him known.

Spirit-filled teaching

Weekly teaching at Lonoke Student Ministry is all about helping students understand and apply God’s Word in a way that’s real and relevant to their lives. Each week, we open the Bible together to explore who God is, what He’s done, and how the Gospel changes everything. Our messages are rooted in Scripture, focused on Jesus, and designed to challenge and encourage students to grow in their faith. Whether it’s tackling tough questions or walking through a book of the Bible, our goal is to equip students to live out their faith with confidence and purpose.

student-led worship

The LSM band, or the Praise Punks, as they call themselves, exists to lead students in authentic, Christ-centered worship. Made up of passionate and gifted students, the team is dedicated to using their talents to glorify God and create space for others to encounter Him through music. We believe worship is more than just singing—it’s a lifestyle of surrender and praise. As a student-led team, they are learning, growing, and leading together, and are committed to pointing everything back to Jesus.

Small Groups

At Lonoke Student Ministry, small groups are the heartbeat of discipleship. Led by dedicated volunteers who love Jesus and care deeply for students, these groups provide a safe and consistent space for meaningful conversation, spiritual growth, and authentic relationships. Each week, students are guided through Scripture, encouraged to ask questions, and challenged to apply God’s truth to their everyday lives. Our leaders don’t just show up—they invest, mentor, and walk alongside students as they grow in their faith.
